President/Owner
Jeff Marinelli has been in the home improvement industry for over 7 years in multiple capacities from sales and installation to finish carpentry and project management. He truly enjoys the industry and strives to make sure each and every client is blown away by the finished product!

Chris Rogers
Plumber
Chris Rodgers has been in the home remodeling industry for over 20 years. Chris has a specialization in plumbing work, meaning you will see him on almost every bathroom project we handle! Clients regularly comment on how easy it is to get along with Chris and how respectful he is when he is in their homes.

Mark Martin
Lead Project Manager
Mark Martin has a background in the restoration and emergency services industry. This gives him a unique view and advantage when it comes to managing HSM Re-Build Projects. Mark is able to work effectively directly with local insurance agents to provide our clients a seamless service from start to finish



Manuel Chinchilla
Foreman
Manuel Diaz has also been in the industry for over 20 years! Manuel has a background in framing and carpentry. Manuel started his career in the OBX framing large beach homes. Now, at HSM, Manuel (or Manny) is an awesome addition to the team. He makes every effort to ensure our clients are happy and is always willing to go the extra mile.
